Why should I book here & not on a major rental platform?

Each rental property has links to that listing on 3rd-party platforms, & while we're proud of those guest ratings, & many host awards/recognitions - we want to provide a more affordable & flexible booking option. Reserving here affords all of the benefits & peace-of-mind, without the expensive 3rd-party fees or cumbersome requirements.

What taxes and/or additional charges apply?

Depending on the duration of your stay & location, transient occupancy taxes are required to be collected and remitted to the local government. Cleaning fees are charged directly on the booking on the website, and depends on the property size, location, and capacity.

 

Do you offer any discounted rates?

Yes. While every reservation here avoids the expensive service fees of the big marketplaces, we also offer price reductions based on duration of stay & discounts for Active Military & Veterans.

Will my credit card be charged prior to my arrival at the property?

A $500-1000 deposit will be put on hold upon check-in for any of the units, based on size. Assuming that there is no property damage upon check-out, this amount will be taken off hold. The card on file will be charged in full for the stay upon check-in to any of our properties.

 

Do I need to guarantee my reservation with a credit card?

A valid Credit Card number is required to confirm the reservation at any of our properties. All of our properties have the equivalent of "Moderate" refund policy: no charge if cancelled >30 days in advance of the stay, 50% if cancelled >15 days but <30 days, and 0% if cancelled within 14 days of the reserved stay.
